At GeovanniX we respect your privacy. This notice explains, in plain terms, what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it, in line with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (personal data protection).
01What data we collect
When you fill out the quote form at /contact, we collect: your name, your email address, the type of service you're interested in, a description of your project, and, optionally, an approximate budget. We don't collect any other personal data elsewhere on the site — no tracking cookies, no additional forms.
02What we use it for
We use this data solely to respond to your quote request and to reach out about your project by email. We don't use it for anything else, such as newsletters or unsolicited marketing.
03Who we share it with
We don't share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party. Only we (GeovanniX) have access to the information you submit.
04How we store it
Your data is stored in Supabase (a cloud database) with Row Level Security enabled — this means the public website can only insert new records, never read, modify, or delete existing information. Read access is restricted to us alone.
05Your rights
As the owner of your data, you have the right to know, update, correct, or request the deletion of the information you've shared with us. To exercise any of these rights, email us at geovannixagency@gmail.com.
This is a basic, transparent privacy notice, sized to the volume and type of data we handle today — it does not replace formal legal counsel. If the volume or sensitivity of the data we process grows in the future, we recommend having it reviewed and expanded by a data-protection lawyer.
